1. Nature of Services
Tarot Mantraa provides Tarot Reading and Numerology consultations. Please be advised that these services are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They are intended to provide spiritual self-awareness and guidance and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified professional for those matters.
2. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Readings are based on the exploration of current energies and possibilities. We do not promise, predict, or guarantee any specific outcome, result, or change in circumstance. All interpretations are subjective and for entertainment purposes only.
3. Client Responsibility & Free Will
All decisions made following a consultation are the sole responsibility of the client. We respect your personal free will at all times. Tarot Mantraa is not liable for any actions or consequences resulting from your session.
4. Age Requirement
Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions are held in strict confidence and will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law.
6. Session Policy
Booking & Payment: Sessions are confirmed only after full payment is received and a time slot is agreed upon. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Flexible Scheduling: If you need to change your session time, please notify us at least 12 hours before your original appointment. While we strive to accommodate your new preferred time, all changes are subject to our current availability.
No-Refund Policy: To provide quick and efficient service (typically delivered within 24 hours), all payments are final and non-refundable. We begin preparing for your session as soon as you book; therefore, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or “no-shows,” regardless of when the request is made.
Punctuality: Please join on time. If you are late, the session must still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a “no-show” and forfeited.
Conduct: We provide a safe, positive space and expect mutual respect. We reserve the right to end a session immediately without refund if behavior is disrespectful or inappropriate.
Recording: Unauthorized recording is not permitted. Please ask for written consent if you wish to record your session.
7. Privacy, Data Usage, & Tracking
Data Collection & Automated Tracking: Our website utilizes the Meta Pixel and other tracking technologies to understand user behavior and improve our advertising effectiveness. When you make a purchase or interact with our site, these tools may automatically collect technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and purchase event details) and transmit this information to third-party platforms like Meta.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Tarot Mantraa reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
